Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform CODA Williamsburg of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. One-time $100 pet fee. Limit 1 small dog per room. No dogs left behind (or unattended ever). Crate for housekeeping if pup is in the room. Only service animals allowed poolside. No pets in the pool. When reserving 4+ rooms, a one-night nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking for each room. All you have to do is show up and we’ll put it toward your entire bill. Guests must provide a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Swimming Pool 2023: Reserved seating not included; available at an additional cost. Our outdoor seasonal pool will open from May 22nd, 2023 through September, weather permitting. Must be 21+ Special Requests: Like early check-in/late check-outs, etc. are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
